Foster Wiley was selected to create and install an iconic sculpture for this high end commercial development in St. Louis Park, MN.  He engaged Atta-Boy of Minneapolis to roll 2” diameter 1/4” wall aluminum tubes into the shapes you see, and myself to help him cut then to size, and then weld them into the structures that you see.
